Galvanized coil is a metal material that adheres a zinc layer on the surface of thin steel plates through a continuous galvanizing process. Its main materials are steel and zinc alloys, and it is divided into two types: ordinary galvanized steel sheet and alloyed galvanized steel sheet. Its production process includes immersing rolled steel sheets into a molten zinc tank, and for alloying treatment, it needs to be heated to 500℃ after exiting the tank to form a zinc-iron alloy layer, which has advantages in coating adhesion and welding properties.
